Start your mornings off right. Mat Pilates is designed to help build muscle using your own body weight, while building flexibility through dynamic stretching. In this class we use a verity of different props to help facilitate a deeper stretch and your strength training goals. Please bring water, a mat, and comfortable clothes. Be ready to sweat and to feel great.
