MOBILITY AND AGILITY incorporates a wide variety of movement styles into one fun, effective, and challenging program designed to help you move better and feel better -- both on and off the mat.

By blending functional, mindful, and unconventional movement, we explore and expand our range of motion, enhance our proprioceptive awareness, build core strength and balance, and develop cat-like reflexes. This isn't "just stretching" -- it's an exciting and empowering way to discover joy of movement and peace of mind, while also building resilient joints that protect us from injury. 

All bodies welcome -- especially those looking to  slow down or reverse the loss of mobility that often comes with aging.
