Morning muscles stiff? Need a boost to start the day? Begin with refreshing foam rolling, where we roll out the deep connective tissues, wake up your core, and get strength for the day ahead. Using soft to stiff foam rollers as our main prop, we will move, slide, and roll to a more awake you. Bring water, mat, and comfortable clothes.
